Refund policy

Please note, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom nature of each item, you may not return or exchange any customized item. As such, please be sure to order accordingly. If in doubt, size up! I will provide a virtual mockup of the embroidery before embroidering to make sure everything looks correct, so please be sure to pay attention. Once the item is embroidered, it cannot be changed.
